Sara was amazing!! Her efforts not only got the job done, but also made us feel very comfortable about our time frame. Her expert opinion was helpful throughout the entire process. She had so many great ideas for us to implement. All in all, entirely worth it. She’s an incredible human and her demeanor and efforts made our wedding day go off without a hitch. Extremely happy with Sara and the team at Sylvan Ridge. Without them it would have been total chaos…. But it was absolutely perfect! We were so lucky to have her as our coordinator! Best day ever!!!

David was AMAZING from start to finish. From our first meeting with him, we knew we were in good hands. David is very organized and ready for anything. He handled an issue we had on Friday night during the rehearsal with ease and with his help, we never felt stressed or worried about fixing the problem. Because of him, our weekend flowed seamlessly. Our families and wedding party loved him too! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without him as our coordinator!!

We are beyond happy with the work Kayla did to help make our day flow seamlessly! She was a huge help in contacting vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. Kayla was friendly and professional. She continually checked in with us to make sure things were going according to our preference. Even with rainy weather, she was able to help us keep our ceremony outside. She was attentive and really did an amazing job go making sure the day ran smoothly. She even created a beautiful instagram video capturing some wonderful moments from the day, that was such a nice extra touch. We are so grateful to have had the help from Kayla leading up to and on our big day. She was wonderful!

10/10, 5 stars, would 100% recommend Sara and her team! Sara truly had our backs and genuinely wanted the best for us throughout the entire process. The lead-up to our wedding was filled with countless considerations, plans, and anxieties, but the moment she joined our team, it felt like a weight was instantly lifted off our shoulders. We thought we had meticulously planned every detail, but during our initial calls, she effortlessly brought up aspects we hadn't even considered! On the actual day, she skillfully resolved unexpected issues, like expertly rearranging our table layout to optimize the space available, and handling some DJ issues that came up. And just overall, there are so many moments on your wedding day where you can feel overwhelmed; in those moments, Sara did an amazing job of grounding us and making sure our voices were being heard, and our feelings were being respected. The amount of times she checked in, and asked what we needed, or what else she could do to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be - I’m just truly grateful for all she did. And lastly, her kindness, wonderful demeanor, and genuine nature made having her by our side an absolute joy! Surrounding yourself with individuals who radiate positive energy is crucial on your wedding day, and Sara is exactly that kind of person. It's abundantly clear that she wholeheartedly loves what she does and genuinely wishes the best for her clients. To put it simply, she's phenomenal, and I wouldn't hesitate to entrust her with planning all my future events! (And it gives me an excuse to hangout with her again!)

David was truly incredible!!! He is the reason our day went so smooth and our spaces looked so eloquently decorated. Having a point person there who knows Sylvan Ridge so well but also shares in our excitement is invaluable. We had a truly perfect day with no stress or major issues and we owe that to David. Our guests even noticed & raved about him and how fantastic he was!

​Sara was and IS beyond incredible. The first time we met, I was extremely overwhelmed and extremely behind, having put a lot of wedding planning and important details off due to being a stressed Masters student in her last year. With just one meeting, she helped Jake and I create a list of things that we needed to figure out ASAP and had soothed a lot of my stress and anxiety. Getting everything done that needed to be done felt attainable with Sara at our side. She was a lifesaver in helping us figure out specific things for the wedding that we weren't sure we would be able to on our own. The day of also wouldn't have flowed as smoothly as it did if she wasn't there. She was on top of every little detail, making sure that everything looked exactly as I had imagined it, from the aisle to the welcome table, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. I couldn't be more grateful to have someone as warm and kind and knowledgeable and loving as Sara to make my wedding day dream come true. Thank you Sara!

We are so grateful for Kayla. Although we had a very laid back celebration, there were many moving parts. Kayla was on top of everything. She made sure to take care of every detail, even things I wasn’t even thinking of. Sara also was a huge help from the start of our journey. We really enjoyed our special day and Kayla made sure that it was stress free.

Sara was absolutely amazing!
She was so friendly and helpful with our wedding planning. She was quick to respond to my messages and so easy to talk to! I know I was a bit unorganized
and made some last minute decisions/changes, but Sara was quick to help me resolve any worries I had! I would absolutely recommend her services! We even got to dance and sing with Sara towards the end of the night!
It was an absolute blast!

​KAYLA!!!! From our first video call, she was so easy to talk with and it felt like we had known her for years. Kayla came into our planning process at the perfect time. It was so relieving to have her coordinating everything during the last month leading up to the day and throughout the entire wedding day. She was very organized and thorough in contacting all our vendors and making sure we had everything we needed. On our wedding day, as hectic as it was, I felt so much calmer knowing that Kayla was keeping us running on time and getting everything ready exactly how we wanted. Every time that I asked her about something or mentioned something, it was already done. I'm still in shock how she kept everything in order AND took so many pictures and videos to document the day! Simply amazing!! We love Kayla and are so so grateful to have had her be a part of our wedding!

Where to begin!? About 5 months before my wedding I reached out to Sara for support and guidance beyond our contracted wedding coordination. We ended up meeting almost monthly to go over a check list, finalizing details, and securing my vendors. It’s an understatement to say I could not have done this without her. Sara took every one of my daunting, overwhelming decisions and helped me approach them with clarity and precision. Sara helped me piece together my vision and help bring it to life. Sara has found her calling and you can see the passion that drives her to deliver beyond expectations, she is extraordinary and whoever gets to witness her in action, is truly blessed to be in her presence. Fast forward to our wedding day, every little hiccup (because it is inevitable) Sara approached me with calmness and solutions. Together and with the help of our family and friends we overcame any obstacle and the day was beyond perfect. I couldn’t have gotten through the day, thinking of weather, the timeline, the minor details, overcoming obstacles without her. To end it all Sara and her team are truly exceptional at the job they do and really helped make the day seamless and perfect!

SARA MACK! MVP! When we first booked Sylvan we added Sara’s services on, as we knew we would need help since we were not local. We were then happily surprised later on when Sylvan and Sara entered into their agreement. Sara went above and beyond in helping things run smoothly from the church, to pictures, to cocktail hour, reception and even coordinating picking up McDonald’s for our after party! She not only helped things run smoothly, she went out of her way to make sure the we were having a great day. She kept drinks in our hands, made a beautiful video clip of our entire day, kept me calm, and really delivered. Even our guests noticed the great job she was doing. Thank you so much to Sara and her staff! We can’t thank you enough! Highly highly recommend Sara Mack for any and all party planning!

We loved David. Without him, our day wouldn't have gone as well as it had. He even remarked at one point how smoothly the day was going. Having him assisting with contacting vendors and getting them all on a good timeline was so helpful and made me less stressed with remembering everything. The one thing I struggled with the most was the timeline and he helped make it move seamlessly day of. I also appreciate how him and his assistant tried their hardest to occupy our one year old during pictures because she was attached to my hip the entire day it felt like. David is so kind and the way he treated us and our day shows just how much he loves what he does and if I could I'd love to do the day over and over and over again because of how much I loved the day and David.

David was great and felt like our cheerleader from our first meeting.
If anything had gone wrong or wasn't going to plan, we had no idea. Everything happened just as we expected it to without any hiccups. We forgot our rings lol....but it wasn't his fault. It actually was the highlight of the ceremony according to the guests! Guests were all happy and thought it was one of the best weddings they had been too.

I have never been someone who plans, makes decisions. Etc. I’ve always been someone who goes with the flow and likes to show up whenever and wherever I’m asked to. So when it came to planning my own wedding I was overwhelmed, overstimulated, and drained. Sara and Kayla took the reins from me and guided me through the process of my wedding plans with ease, I’ve never felt more heard, affirmed and relieved in my life. I can truly say that they saved my sanity and went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect and that everything went as smooth and possible. Sara and Kayla truly took care of me. I will be forever grateful for them and I truly adore them. They will always be welcomed part of the family and if it wasn’t for them my wedding day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without them. Truly, truly grateful and thankful.

I would not have survived my wedding day if I didn't have Sara! Sara and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most incredible day ever! From the tiniest problem to the biggest problem, she helped every step of the way. Sara isn't lying when she says she loves what she does and she is amazing at it.
My only regret is not hiring her to do all of it.

​From the month before the wedding until midnight the day of, David was very attentive, flexible, and most of all fun! He was able to help us identify parts of the day and details we hadn't planned for and was there every second to make sure we had the best day possible. With David there, we felt we did not have to worry about anything besides enjoying our wedding day and celebrating and dancing with our friends and family. We would recommend his presence and services to anyone!
